2. When all the products are selected, click on the cart icon in the upper right corner. You can change the quantities of products in the shopping cart and remove them if necessary.

4. Add your contact information and address.

5. After clicking "Continue to payment" you'll be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely. You can pay with your PayPal account or credit card. Be sure to click "Return to merchant" after completing your payment.

You'll then receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Currently we accept PayPal payments with PayPal Express Checkout.

We can only change the order if the item is not yet gone to print. Please let us know immediately if you need to change your order (size, color, quantity etc). Send your request with the order number ASAP to info(at)

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Europe, Canada and the USA from the US or EU, depending on your location. It allows for faster shipping times and helps with reducing the CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.

**Orders are shipping from an international location. You might have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders or if an item is out of stock locally (which almost never happens). This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

We take about 2-7 business days to create the items. Everything is printed and hand made just for you. On average your order will be sent out within 4 days of ordering. Then you should add shipping times (3-5 business days) on top of that.

International orders have further to travel, so it'll usually take longer for the order to get to you.

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know.

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the shipping address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us at info(a) with your order number and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

We don't refund orders due to carrier errors.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the product being made on demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or is not the size you ordered i.e. was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NB! It's not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that's the case, please let us know at info(at) within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

Before returning your item, please send us an email to info(at) Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Write up your problem in detail and include your order number and photos if possible. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Notification for EU consumers:
According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

We only offer refunds if the item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or is not the size you ordered i.e. is mislabeled or you receive the wrong item. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse or due to carrier errors.

We're so sorry if the product you ordered was the wrong one or arrived damaged/defective. The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with something that doesn't meet your expectations. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please get in touch with us within a week's time. Write up your problem in detail with your order number and send it to info(at) It's always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

If you're unhappy with the size you received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

We're currently not able to offer exchanges if the garment was labeled correctly, but the ordered size did not fit as expected. We sell custom-made products and as a result we can't accept size exchanges.

Please let us know regardless if you're not happy with the size you received and we'll see what can be done to ensure you get the best solution possible.

Note that different brands manufacture their products differently. We're doing the best we can to avoid any incorrect sizing issues by adding the garment size specifications to each product. Please check them out before ordering.

General Questions

Eff Wear™ is located in the European Union.

Majority of the apparel is printed, precision-cut and hand-sewn with the help of an expert production partner (locations in Europe, South America and the USA). For other products we only use the most reputable and eco-friendly brands, for example Bella + Canvas (made in South America or the USA).

Eff Wear™ is custom-made, ethical and sweatshop free. All our items are individually processed for premium quality. We source products and fabrics from ethical brands and suppliers that comply to labor, environmental, and safety standards. Majority of the apparel is precision-cut and hand-sewn after printing to ensure a true all-over print. Everything is printed with CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified inks.

For our DTG (direct-to-garment) prints, we use Kornit machines and inks. Kornit uses high-quality, water-based vegan inks that they formulate, test, and produce in their own factories. Kornit inks are non-hazardous, toxin-free, biodegradable, and certified with an OEKO-TEX Eco Passport.

For our all-over print products we use Mimaki and Sawgrass printers—their inks are also certified with the OEKO-TEX Eco Passport.

Products are packaged in a see-through polymer bag (except single items—we try to avoid extra layers when shipping single items to reduce plastic usage), and then placed in a polymer mailer. Our poly bags are recyclable low-density polyethylene. Larger quantities are packaged into boxes.

The amount of PCR in our packaging is at least 50% for the outside (white or grey) packaging and at least 30% for inside (clear) bags that are used for multi-item shipments.

We're gradually switching all our apparel orders to packaging with a 90–100% share of PCR plastic content.
